Here’s a quick break-down of what I do:

Many people these days are stuck in unfulfilling jobs or careers out of fear and insecurity.  Its true, we are in a tough economic time, so people tend to choose the ‘safe’ route, no matter how much it comprises their values (in this case their value to express their natural talents gets overshadowed by their need to pay the rent).  What happens when people sublimate their values to ‘safety’ and ‘security’?  After a while they become bitter and depressed.  They have this natural talent but it isn’t getting a chance to express itself and this is the equivalent of sweeping resentment under the carpet. It’s not a question of ‘if’ it will explode, but ‘when’.  For many people this problem is pervasive.  They just don’t have the ‘time’, ‘energy’ or ‘discipline’ to make their talents their career and so their talents wither and die and so does this person’s passion and zest for life.

What I do is life and creative career coaching and it’s goal is to help creative individuals reconnect with their passions and devise a plan for these passions to not only express themselves, but to thrive.  I do all this not by pushing clients to quit their day jobs and ‘go for the dream’ but by helping them with goal setting, long term planning, success mindsets, time/energy management, accountability as well as a host of other tools and techniques that get them back to living life on purpose.   Because what most people believe is that the obstacles that stand in their way from achieving their dreams are outside of themselves (the economy, powerful people, resources, time, connections, money ect).  The truth is, the obstacles we face in life are inside of us.  Our limiting beliefs, habits and behaviors are the real barriers to true success in our lives and careers.  We are more powerful then we can even imagine and the problem is talented people are settling for lives of mediocrity.  However, with commitment, desire, focus, and a willingness to do what it takes to change things, they can turn their talents into an annual 6 figure income and say goodbye to their un-fulfilling job forever.

The way it works is that you take advantage of one of my 5 free sessions I give out per month (there are only 2 left for December).  In this session, we take a look at what your goals are and what obstacles currently stand in your way from achieving them.  After I ask you some questions, I will mirror back what you’ve said, so that I know I’ve heard you correctly and then I will proceed to give you some coaching on the issues that come up.  The bottom line of this call is to figure out how serious you are about reaching your goals, how possible you believe they are and what you are willing to do to make them a reality.  If you and I seem like a good fit, we will discuss what a ‘coaching structure’ looks like.
